Please be aware of these rules and requirements. We want to make your experience at High Jinks as safe and fun as possible for every member of your family or party.
- Everyone, including adults are required to remove outdoor footwear upon entering. Adults and children must wear socks once inside. Please let all your guests know. Socks are available for purchase if anyone in your party forgets.
- Please see “Facility Rules and Policies” for all other details that your guests will need to be aware of.
- A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. All deposits are Non-Refundable but may be rescheduled. All balances are due at the time of completion.
- Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled party. Your room will be ready for you at your scheduled time.
- If party guests are exceeded, additional fees will apply but will not be adjusted if fewer attend. Admission for all attending parents/guardians/caregivers is free (2 per child maximum); siblings are additional (this includes crawler age children). Parties may not exceed 40 guests. Larger parties are welcome. Please contact us with your inquiry.
- Your party has a fixed itinerary to fit nicely within the 2 hour time slot. Your ‘Party Imagineer’ will pace your party and let you know what will happen next (play time, pizza, cake cutting, presents, etc.).
- Your Imagineer will do all of the work so you can enjoy your child’s special day.
- Gratuities for the Imagineer are welcomed and appreciated.
- High Jinks can provide you with a cake or cupcakes at an additional charge. You may however, bring in your own nut-free cake or cupcakes. NO OTHER FOOD OR DRINK PERMITTED. Please label your dessert box with your child’s first name so that we may properly store it.
- Goody bags may be brought in as long as all products are nut free. We ask that you only give these out when the guests are leaving. This is so that small children will not choke on any items that may fall on the floor.
- Our party rooms are colourfully decorated with standard decorations. This allows for easy transition between parties. Outside decorations may be brought in, however, they are subject to a $25 set-up fee and must be delivered to HJ the day before the party
- Your Party Imagineer will offer you Extras. If you order Extras, these will be charged separately at the end of your party and are not included in your package.
- We recommend that Extras be selected at the time you book your party, but can be requested up to two days before your birthday party. If you choose to select these items on the day of your birthday party, these options will be based on availability.
